The firm’s lawyers have significant experience in representing clients in high value claims, defence and counter-claims in arbitration, which also include representation in interim court interventions, challenges to arbitral awards and enforcement of awards. For effective and speedy resolution, the firm promotes and explores alternative dispute resolution methods such as court-monitored mediation and negotiated settlements.
The firm has two Advocates-on-Record before the Supreme Court of India and handles Supreme Court filings of all kinds, including special leave petitions, appeals, writ petitions, and review and curative petitions.
